What exists today, honestly: most big retailers have a "notify me" button on the product page — use it when it's there, it's free. But it comes with the familiar catches:
Being honest about where this stands: restock-watching is something we build per request, not a button already wired to every store. You tell us the exact item and where you'd buy it — "the Switch 2 at Target," "that jacket in medium at the maker's own shop" — and we work out how to watch that page. If it's not on our shelf yet, we build it free; you only ever pay if you keep the working lookout.
Same pattern as every Dusklamp lookout: plain code checking a public page on a schedule, the source named on your dashboard, and a tap on the shoulder only when something actually changed.
No account, no extension, no app-per-store. You describe what you're waiting on, you get a private link, and that link is your whole account.
Tell us what you're waiting onTen seconds, no sign-up. The more people ask for the same thing, the faster it lands on the shelf for everyone.
Dusklamp watches public pages and public data, names the source on every page it makes, and never asks you to connect an account. · Dusklamp home
